Between August 2017 and September 2017 we will be migrating to our new ticketing system which will be integrated with the client portal.

Until then, clients should open tickets either by emailing support@gothamweb.com or by going to the legacy portal at https://esupport.gothamweb.com 

Once we have completed the migration we will notify all clients via email.

Clients will be able to open tickets in our new portal at https://www.gothamweb.com/portal, or via support@gothamweb.com
